As part of its new partnership with Make-A-Wish Australia, The Cheesecake Shop is whipping up support (between 30 September - 10 November) to help make six-year-old Quinn's wish 'to fly with a unicorn' come true.
For a limited time only, The Cheesecake Shop will offer a special, Unicorn Cupcake featuring a white mudcake base, filled with colourful sprinkles and a strawberry jam centre, topped with piped bubblegum mousse. For every Unicorn Cupcake sold across the 200+ The Cheesecake Shop stores in Australia, $1 will be donated to Make-A-Wish.
Customers can also donate in-store and – as ‘uni-corny’ as it might sound – pledge their belief in the mythical creatures by purchasing a wish token to display on the walls.

About Quinn
Quinn is no ordinary 6-year-old. Born 11 weeks early and diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia at just four years old, Quinn has faced challenges that would test even the strongest adults.
Yet, she radiates joy and kindness, with a heart as big as her imagination. Quinn's love for unicorns represents how she sees the sparkle in the world around her and her wish 'to fly with a unicorn in the sky', isn’t just about unicorns either - it’s about the importance of belief, hope, and the joy that comes with it.
Quinn's mum, Sheridan says, “She's very caring and kind. I know everyone says that about their kids, but she's really a beautiful little person. She's very sprightly and cheeky and silly, but she does have this just beautiful, caring and loving nature.”
