Isla’s Wish: A Story of Hope and Joy
The impact of pet wishes is beautifully illustrated through Isla’s journey.
Diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia at three years old, Isla’s wish was to have a curly-haired puppy she could call her best friend.
Isla’s wish came true in 2023 when Daisy, her adorable wish puppy, joined the family. Daisy has brought joy, laughter, and love to Isla and her family every day since.
"Isla’s wish gave us something to look forward to. A beautiful light at the end of the tunnel. After so much time apart, it helped us come together as a family and enjoy a positive experience together. And our puppy helps that happen over and over again everyday,” shared Isla’s mum, Pamela.
